The Honorable Ombudsman General
L.J. Guillory

"I know him." It's a boast we all want to make at least once in our lives. When a leader comes along whose words are so special and whose future will make history! Everyone wants to say.... "I told you so!!". Well here's your chance to reserve a seat on the next big band wagon. He is a Million Dollar Consultant, Unitarian Minister, and most of all, an autodidactic non-compromising Ombudsman General.

The Honorable Ombudsman General L.J. Guillory... "Hold on a minute!" you might be saying, "I know that name!". If any thought of California, Washington, D.C. or the most controversial annulment in the history of Compton, California starts running through your head, you're right on the money.

The truth is Guillory is no stranger to Hollywood as a savvy Music Industry Insider or to the rest of the nation as an Advocate Against Human Injustices.

As a Special Events Consultant, Guillory has met numerous Hollywood Entertainment Executives as well as most Washington, D.C. Political Insiders. With his Hollywood contacts and his humanitarian ideals, he is destined to be everyone's... "Hottest New Discovery". That is how he met the 44 year old and twice his age City Councilwoman Patricia Moore. The young 23 year old 'Rising Star' fell just months after the marriage and annulment to the Compton, CA city councilwoman. And that's simply put!

Guillory's own overnight success actually began during his childhood as a City of Compton Youth Representative for the March of Dimes. He later became the Founder and President of the Junior American Youth for Community Excellence and Education (Jay-Cees) which sponsored Community Awareness Events in the City of Lynwood, CA.

Guillory's remarkable speaking ability, enhanced by his natural leadership soon led him to speak at local schools, community events and at both Compton and Lynwood City Council meetings. He was recruited by the City of Lynwood's Mayor Robert Henning to be his Principal Advisor on Entertainment and Youth Projects.

Guillory, with the help of his new mentor became the youngest executive on 3 of the committees on which he served. He had the ear of every sincere Public Official in his state. After 3 years, Guillory was looking for answers that weren't found in the City of Lynwood... The journey began.

After a trip to Sacramento for college and receiving his credentials of Ministry, Guillory relocated back to Southern California, only this time to Orange County. He became a member of the Ultra Family, world renowned Ultra Limousine Corporation to get its newly founded Entertainment Corporation (record company) off the ground.

After just a few years with the Ultra giant, Guillory was having meetings with most of the decision makers in Hollywood. Guillory became a savvy Hollywood Insider and a highly sought after Consultant.

Guillory has always been the first to say, "I am not a saint..., but I love God and will always stand up for what is right at any cost!". That can be seen by his nitrous past fights with corrupt politicians, liquor store owners, corrupt law enforcement agencies, and the unjust within the Judicial System.

Guillory was the community activist who went to the home of Superior Court Judge, Joyce A. Karlin (who issued a probationary sentence to a Korean grocer convicted of killing a 15 year old child) to serve recall papers to remove the Judge from the bench!

Guillory was soon arrested at the Compton City Hall after he refused to sell out the recall effort and yield to other recall members (Moore and Tucker) who sold out for money and political gain. Once released from jail, Guillory began campaigning against both Moore and Tucker, both of whom were campaigning for higher political office. Moore running for the California State Assembly and Tucker for the United States Congress.

Guillory enlisted help from the family of the African-American child who was killed of a bottle of orange juice to help reveal these 2 prevaricators (Moore and Tucker) to the public. Guillory's campaign began to be heard by the voting citizens. After more than two attempts to murder him, Guillory was once again arrested by the Compton Police Department, this time for allegedly kidnapping a man who slept in his father's garage. Records proved that the alleged victim and his friend, who gave false testimony in the case against Guillory, received $48,000 from the City of Compton while both Moore and Tucker were on the Compton City Council.

Guillory was sentenced to 15 1/2 years by Compton Judge, (Donald Pitt). All of Guillory's and his defense witnesses' testimony transcripts from his trial were lost, stolen, and/or destroyed at the time of his appeal in an effort to obscure the powerful, blatant, and undeniable evidence of the corruption involved in the case against him.

Guillory did not allow the controversial conviction to hold him in prison. With the continued support of his family members, sincere friends, former teachers, university professors, concerned citizens, religious leaders, national organizations, law enforcement agency personnel, and Public Officials from City, County, State, and Federal Government, Guillory was not only set free from prison before the 15 1/2 year sentence, Guillory was nominated and voted by the Compton City Council to be a Commissioner while still on parole.

Once out of prison, it did not take Guillory long to see the justice that he had prayed for while serving more than 8 years. As a Commissioner, Guillory quickly supported the Mayor and City Council in efforts to reform the corrupt Compton Police Department that had unlawfully sent him to prison. The Compton Police Department was disbanded! The city contracted with the Los Angeles County Sheriff, Leroy D. Baca, to provide law enforcement for the citizens of Compton, CA.

Most High God has also brought to justice those involved in the corruption under the color authority. Compton Police Chief Terry Ebert, who first arrested Guillory, was sentenced to 3 years probation for corruption and stealing $5,000 from his own police department. Compton City Councilwoman Patricia Moore and United States Congressman Walter Tucker III, were both convicted and sent to federal prison. Both have been convicted in Federal Court for crimes of tax evasion, bribery, and/or extortion. Both are banned from holding public office.

Guillory is now Ombudsman General for Ombudsman International, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit (government oversight agency) organization that investigates complaints of corruption by public officials. The organization also is dedicated to promoting a progressive multi-cultural voice in every aspect of the struggle to save our nation's youth from the dead-end prison system!
